Alexandra Valencia-Serrano, Finance Editor
Alexandra Valencia-Serrano is a senior and the finance editor for the LASA newspaper. She is now in her second year as finance editor and is looking forward to continuing to support and grow the newspaper in her role. Her main goal this year is to fundraise enough money to take the newspaper editors and staffers to a journalism convention in Seattle! Outside of the newspaper, Alex’s favorite pastime is to listen to music while she either reads manga or a recommended mystery book. She’s also looking forward to self-learning Chinese so she can watch her favorite Chinese dramas without subtitles!
