Helena Lara
Helena Lara is a junior at the Liberal Arts And Science Academy and a sports editor for The Liberator. She runs cross country and is currently training for her first half marathon in January 2020. Helena enjoys being active through sports and outdoor activities with her family and friends as well as by herself. She is also passionate about writing and inspiring others through expression of ideas and hopes to incorporate new angles of thought into the sports section of the Lib this year
